The annual Cherry Blossom Festival starts today here in Washington DC and trees are in full bloom around the Tidal Basin. There is something about all those beautiful pink flowers that makes me excited for spring and hopeful about the future. I’ve been so anxious for outdoor picnics, bbq’s, lemonade and trips to the beach. These gorgeous photos by Maria of Dreamy White are serving as my inspiration for this summer; bright, cheery, whimsical and perfect!
