One very major perk about moving has been discovering tubs of decorations from old parties! When organizing my new office, I stumbled across a treasure trove of old 4th of July decorations I made with this fabulous girl for a Ward Party years ago. I decided to update and recycle some of these beauties to showcase my 2012 Americana 4th of July party.

Using my homemade wood palette table from this party, I staple gunned (best tool ever) pinwheels to it’s front because no 4th of July Party should be without pinwheels. I strung my polka dot garland used in my Retro Cherry Party and the DIY tissue garland from this party as a backdrop. Next I used the printables in frames, on jars, wrapped around drink bottles and as flags sticking out of homemade cornflake whoopie pie cookies. Party favors included blue and red popcorn from Just Pop In, cute peek-a-boo favor boxes from eFavorMart, and red vine licorice, a true American staple.

LOVE LOVE LOVE !!
